These terms apply to farsamji.com and to the lessons, clinics, events, online courses, sponsorships and golf trips offered through it by 2468111 Ontario Inc., operating as Far Samji and Smashing Golf (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund policy.

Using this site

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Don’t try to break into it, overload it, copy it with automated tools, or interfere with other people using it. The information on the site is general and we may change it, or the site itself, at any time.

Your account

Some parts of the site, like online courses, need an account. Give accurate information, keep your password private and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Online courses

• When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable right to watch it for your own use. Your access doesn’t expire while we offer online courses on this site.
• Don’t share your login, download or re-post the videos, or resell the course material.
• Courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Square. We may change prices at any time, but that won’t affect an order you’ve already paid for. If a price on the site is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Lessons, clinics and events

• If you need to reschedule a lesson, let Far know as early as you can. Any cancellation terms for a lesson package, clinic or event are shared when you book.
• We may reschedule or cancel because of weather, course conditions or low registration. If we cancel, we’ll offer another date or a refund for that session.
• Golf is a physical activity. You take part at your own risk, and you should let your instructor know about any injury or health condition that could affect you. You may be asked to sign a waiver.
• Follow the rules and dress code of the golf course or venue.
• We often take photos and videos at lessons and events and may use them on our website and social media. If you’d rather not appear, tell Far or the event staff.

Golf travel

Golf trips are booked through Gala Travels, our TICO-registered travel partner (TICO Reg. #1906454, 7780 Woodbine Ave #2, Markham, ON L3R 2N7, 905.940.4646), and Gala Travels’ booking terms apply to your trip. Trip deposits are non-refundable, and each trip brochure lists its cancellation policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance. You’re responsible for having a valid passport and any visas or travel documents your trip needs.

Sponsorships and vendor booths

The details of a sponsorship or vendor booth, including what’s included and payment, are confirmed with you directly. By sending us your logo and brand material, you allow us to use it to promote the events you sponsor.

Our content

The videos, course material, text, photos and logos on this site belong to 2468111 Ontario Inc. (Far Samji and Smashing Golf) or the people who licensed them to us. Don’t copy, share or use them without our written permission. If you send us a review or testimonial, we may share it on our site and social media with your first name.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, like YouTube, Google, Facebook, Calendly and Gala Travels. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No guarantees

We work hard to make our lessons and courses helpful, but everyone’s game is different and we can’t promise specific results. The site and courses are provided “as is”, and we can’t guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the site, a course, a lesson or an event. If we are responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
