Registration and booths
Guests check in, network and visit the sponsor booths before the clinic starts. Booths that bring freebies get a crowd.
Clinic
Far runs a hands-on clinic before tee off. She shouts out the sponsors and gives them time to speak to the group.
Nine holes
A relaxed scramble. Your sign greets players at your hole, and sponsors can set up a tent to hand out samples, like drinks, as groups play through.
Dinner
Booths stay open so guests can browse before dinner is served. The dinner sponsor gets a shoutout and time to address the room.

SMASHING GIRLS
Put a girl on the course with a mentor
$500
Smashing Girls pairs teens and young adults with women from the Smashing community. Girls are referred through Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs, Family & Youth Services and school boards. They play for free. Your $500 covers one girl’s lessons, equipment, accessories and shirt.

Who comes to Smashing Nines?
Professional women from Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and across the GTA and surrounding areas. Every skill level plays, from complete beginners to pros.
Can I sponsor more than one event?
Yes. You can sponsor one event, a few, or the whole season. Ask Far about season sponsorship packages.
When do I need to book by?
Far is already getting commitments for next season, so let Far know as soon as you can.
What do I need to bring for a vendor booth?
Tables are provided. Please bring everything else you need for your booth.
Can my team play?
Presenting sponsors get 2 registration spots and meal and cart sponsors get 1 event ticket. Want more of your team on the course? Ask Far.
