Galt Country Club was immaculate! Wow! Pristine and gorgeous and we had a blast. Smashing Nine’s Cambridge was special to me because this was the first golf event for many girls and women. We also raised some money for Food 4 Kids as a bonus.

The Smashing Girls program is a result of all your support from purchasing my book and attending the events. Together we have funded 8 teenage girls from Big Brothers Big Sisters Hamilton and 4 girls from Wellington for a golf mentorship program. The girls got 5 lessons from the various Smashing instructors and then they were paired with women mentors. The women all needed to pass a screening from BBBS and did not need to be good golfers! The girls played 2 nine holes of golf with their mentors and the mentors then commit to take them to one event. Many chose this event in Cambridge.
