1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Client acknowledges that participating in any group travel involves inherent
risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illnesses, encounters with
wildlife, and other unforeseen circumstances. The Client voluntarily assumes all
risks associated with the safari.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its owners,
employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages,
losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client’s participation
in the safari, including but not limited to:
o Personal injury or death
o Loss or damage to personal property
o Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather, government
actions, or other unforeseen events
3. MEDICAL TREATMENT & INSURANCE
The Client acknowledges that the Company does not provide medical insurance
and is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the trip. The
Client is encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical
emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellations.
4. SAFETY & CONDUCT
The Client agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by The Company and
its guides. Failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in removal from the
trip without a refund.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Company from any
claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their
actions, misconduct, or failure to follow safety instructions during the trip.
6. PARTICIPANT INCOMPATIBILITY
The Company reserves the right, at its discretion at any time to cancel or
terminate any booking, either before or during a trip, and in particular without
limiting the generality of this right, to do so in the event of illegal or incompatible
behaviour of any Client who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any
refund and shall be responsible for any additional costs, although every effort
shall be made to minimise the same.
