Far is the creator of the Smashing Girls golf mentorship program. This program delivers golf instruction to young girls aged 11-16 who would not have the means to learn golf. Far then pairs them with professional women from her Smashing program and the women and their mentees play two rounds of 9 holes. The intention is to show the girls that you do not need to be perfect to be successful and that success comes from making meaningful connections. At the end of the program, the girls receive equipment and get life experiences they would never have had access to.
